Human bodies are made up of energy, the mind is made up of energy, and the consciousness is made up of energy. There is only a difference in wavelength. We are healthy and whole if all three points function in harmony. In reality, life is a struggle, and we tend to let our egos take control, interfering with things that would be fine if we would relax and allow them to work on their own.

ABOUT THE LANGUAGE OF THE BODY RETREAT

The Language of the Body Workshop is likely a seminar or training program focusing on nonverbal communication through physical gestures, posture, and facial expressions. It may cover topics such as reading body language, understanding cultural differences in nonverbal communication and using body language effectively in different situations. The workshop may target at sales, management, customer service, or therapy professionals. It may also interest anyone who wants to improve their ability to communicate effectively with others.

Our bodies have lost touch with us; until something goes wrong, we take them for granted. Afterwards, we visit a doctor – just like taking our car to the mechanic. Even though we may be able to force a sign to disappear, it will often return as something else because the root cause remains unaddressed.

He is deeply involved in the personal journey of inner healing and transformation through a variety of meditation practices.

He combines his knowledge of science and spirituality to provide a well-rounded vif leadership and self-development. He has taught courses around the world in the Fortune 100 companies, OSHO Communes, and Ashrams. He has spent time in Sufism and Buddhism monasteries and is deeply involved in the inner healing work.
