Whether you want a program, retreat or one-day event for groups of 10 to 100+ people, a tailored concept to suit your organization’s objectives can be created both residential and non-residential.

CHOOSE FROM ONE OF OUR 3 PROGRAMS
Any program can be customized and tailored to your organization’s needs.
Daily Schedule
This is a 4 – 6 hour day that begins in the morning and concludes at the end of the work day. Usually, this program is done onsite in your organisation’s building.
Inside assessment
Working with your team and/or management to assess areas of troublespots as well as areas of potential (internal) expansion — where both the individual and the team expand beyond their known abilities to forge new ground in how they operate as an organisation.
Team connection
Helping teams and individuals to develop an internal awareness of how they separate themselves from the ‘whole’; the damage it can create internally and externally when they believe that they don’t belong, and how to come back into connection with themselves and their team.
Your Vision builder
Is each team member aligned with the vision or goal?
We want to support every member in finding a common ground and unity towards a shared vision or goal and also help them to reach their highest potential.
Daily Schedule
This is a 2 – 3 day program that is done either onsite in your organisation’s building, or offsite at a non-residential location.
Inside assessment
Identifying known conflicts amongst team members where divisions are created between one or more team members. Recognising areas of poor communication. Assessing road blocks, blindspots, places where we get stuck as a team.
Team connection
We embark on a simulated journey into a profound space, where teams travel beyond the known boundaries of simple group behaviour to discover the potential of effective team bonding through a series of simple but challenging exercises and sharings.
Your Vision builder
Working with team members to establish a deeper awareness of their commitment towards a shared vision and goal. To bring into alignment their own understanding of the organization’s highest potential and the practical steps we need to take to bring our vision into fruition.
Daily Schedule
This is a 5 – 7 day program offered offsite at a residential location which is either nationally or internationally located.
Inside assessment
We work with the 3-day structure mentioned above to deepen the work in identifying the core issues that create separation within the team and that undermine the overarching objective. As well as looking at roles, responsibilities, skills and support systems, etc.
Team connection
Along with the 3-day structure mentioned above, we take a deep dive into team member’s involvement and participation within the team. We work with self-growth tools to help team members develop interpersonal skills in their languaging both towards others and themselves. We help widen their understanding of what it means to work from an empowered place and teach them how to do ‘inner homework’ so that they have the skills to stay grounded within the overwhelm. Inclusivity, respectability and responsibility are just some of the attributes we cover. Each team member goes home having had a transformative journey that is both educational and experiential, impacting their lives professionally and personally.

In addition to the 3-day structure mentioned above, this process has a profound potential to clean out old patterns and beliefs that no longer serve the greater good of the organization. Each individual’s contribution and collaboration in the creative process helps to develop new goals to meet its core purpose and vision.
