THE ESSENCE OF FLOWERING

To understand Tantra:

Tantra Practice is a spiritual map to turn you on, turn you in, and turn you beyond.  Tantra is freedom; freedom from all the mind constructs, from the mind games; freedom from all the structures; freedom from the cultured mind, freedom from the religion, freedom from others!  Tantra is space to be. Tantra is liberation, a total orgasm of the whole being (Mahamudra)! To find the self.  What actually you are!

REMOVE 7 CHAKRAS BUFFERS (blockages)

Tantra gives techniques of discovery. The treasure is within you to experience and go beyond it.

Often Tantra is limited to focusing mainly on our sexuality. But as Osho mentions – Sexuality is only the first step on the ladder, with profound energy to start the engine of self-transformation. Tantra works with energy, and it can have different outlets/expressions:

  • Finding the self – “Who am I?”
  • Emotional Energy to open the meridians so energy can flow.
  • Energy as Heart (Love, Compassion, Friendliness, Warmth, etc.)
  • The journey from Mind to No Mind

Tantra believes in you. Tantra comes from Sanskrit. It means Tools (Tan) for Expansion (Tra). The “process” that we offer is profoundly rooted in Meditation and Self-love.

BENEFITS

Tantra is broking and passes through the 7 Chakra buffers (blockages); these buffers (blockages) of pain, suffering, and conditioning.  Once you cross these buffers, then only you can ask, “who are you?” before that, it is just bookish knowledge without experience!

Tantra allows us to break free from involuntary and exhausting mental activity by introducing us to the here and now, opening a world of sensations and feelings, and guiding us towards a deeper relationship with our beloved (Guru), heading us towards a radical transformation of our lives.

Yes, Tantra helps us achieve a state of intimacy that transforms root chakra energy while simultaneously enjoying meeting Yin and Yang principles in vulnerability and awareness.

HOW IT COMES IN LIFE?

The first step toward integrating the Root Chakra is to unfreeze repressed energies. As we challenge our limiting conditioning, we become alive and open to new possibilities.

These releases can occur in a loving, conscious environment without being destructive or harmful.

Whenever we pay attention to sensations and feelings rather than analytical thinking, our body, ability to pleasure, and wisdom become more accessible.

It is possible to experience incredible joy and intimacy while recollecting painful emotions simultaneously. There is the possibility of profound insights.

We discover ourselves and our loved ones due to trust, devotion, intimacy, and sexuality when we realize we are most powerful when we are vulnerable! When we allow our hearts to accept and integrate these experiences, their ability to accept and integrate grows. Life starts living and becomes an adventure.

HOW IT TRANSFORMS:

  • Instead of rushing towards an emotional, climactic discharge instead, let sexual energy build to create a profound sense of completion and communion to bring you in the present.

  • Be aware of the natural flow of energy that occurs when Shiva (male) and Parvati (female) polarities meet.

  • Once we learn to be present in our body and truly experience whatever this intimate moment provokes in us, we will not only be able to integrate the painful memories that keep us lonely, but we will also be able to go to no mind, which is a samadhi state.

WHY ARE WE SCARED OF IT?

Despite their best efforts, so many people give up, give up hope, and live a life they don’t really want, despite the possibility of real and lasting transformation. There is probably no doubt that the most important reason is that we say “no” too often to what we find inside of us, which is “yes”.

As Tantric practitioners, we are told to live in the moment, accept ourselves, and say yes to life, but what does that mean? What are the opportunities for learning and teaching this subject? Is it possible to stop fighting and find peace in ourselves?

As the objects of our own investigation, this retreat which is a laboratory will allow you to go through those experiences without judgement and with utmost trust and love. The practice of chakra exploration, energy reading, and felt perception allows us to gain an understanding of ourselves and the unconscious forces that influence our lives.

To facilitate integration in ourselves and those who seek your assistance, you must become experienced travelers in the inner world and remove all road blockages inside you so you can free yourself!

TANTRA CONNECTS TO THE BODY AND RELEASES DEEP TRAUMA

  • Our bodies are always in the present moment. They don’t wander off into the past, or the future like our minds do. To deepen our capacity to sense is to open multiple pathways into the here and now. Somatic awareness, whether it be through breath, movement, or any of the senses, is a fast track to witnessing meditation.

  • Our bodies are an undiscovered vast experience through which we can access our capacity for both our Zorba self, that part of ourselves that gives us access to the celebration, and our Buddha self, full of grace, silence, and presence. Our body is our friend, yet historically, in every culture, we are taught to reject it, be ashamed of it, to judge it as the source of our downfall rather than the very ground of healing, meditation, transformation and awareness. To turn this around is a radical act.
  • Traumatic experiences can throw us into a fight, flight, freeze, or fainting response. If trauma is repeated, we can be locked into these states, all of which give us a distorted perception of our bodies, our self-image, and our perception of the world around us. They can also have a profound effect on our physical health, our emotional health, our capacity to relate and our capacity to be present in the here and now.

  • To explore our bodies and our body energy, in whatever ways feel good, is to unlock layers of memory that need to be reclaimed from centuries of rejection and judgement. To befriend our bodies is to discover what it feels like to be natural in an unnatural world. To come to our senses is to reclaim our birthright, our dignity, and our bliss. Body awareness is one of the simplest and most effective ways to silence the noise that is in our minds and come home to the true magic of who we are.
