In daily community life and our designed structures and sessions, you get to explore many new and different ways to communicate, be part of a team, solve conflicts, express yourself creatively, and hang out and have fun together. You will become aware of your behaviour, learn to give and receive feedback and try out new behaviour in an environment you can feel safe in! Like this, you get to practice changing what you don’t like about your life and to discover, expand and celebrate what you like and want more.

All our Living-In Programs take place in the heart of our Humaniversity community, which consists of your fellow participants, both experienced and new, and trained staff members. This safely held space will inspire you with a sense of family and friendship and provides the ideal foundation for your journey of healing and growth.
